How we approach each session
Every Hearthlink programme follows the same core structure: a short intake conversation to understand where the family or organisation is starting from, a structured facilitated session with clear milestones, and written materials sent within 48 hours of completion. We do not improvise — each step is planned, practised, and adapted to the specific situation.
Intake conversation
A short pre-session call or message exchange to understand your starting point and what you want to leave with.
Facilitated session
The main session, run by a trained facilitator, following the programme structure at a pace that works for you.
Materials delivery
A written summary and any take-home materials sent within 48 hours, plus availability for brief email follow-up.

Family Records Organisation Session
A supportive session that helps a family gather and organise their important personal documents into one clear, well-labelled place. You leave with a simple folder system built around your household's specific needs and a practical take-home checklist to keep it maintained.
