What exactly is a document organisation session?

It is a one-to-one or small-group session where a Hearthlink facilitator works alongside your family to sort, label, and file your important personal documents — things like identification, financial records, correspondence, and household paperwork — into a clear, easy-to-navigate folder system. We provide the framework and the take-home checklist; you decide what goes where.

Do you offer legal advice or representation?

No. Hearthlink provides general education, communication support, and document organisation only. We do not offer legal advice, regulated financial guidance, or represent anyone in any matter. If you need a legal professional, we are happy to suggest how to find one — but that falls outside our scope entirely.

Who is the Co-Communication Workshop for?

It is suited to families — couples, parents, adult siblings, or relatives — who are going through a transition of some kind and want clearer, calmer ways of talking to each other. The workshop shares general frameworks and exercises; it is not mediation or counselling, and does not address any specific dispute.

How long does each session last?

The Family Records Organisation Session typically runs two to three hours. The Co-Communication Workshop is a half-day format, roughly three to four hours. The B2B Group Programme is planned in consultation with your organisation, usually across one full day or split across two half-days.

What are the fees and how do I pay?

The Family Records Organisation Session is ฿3,600. The Co-Communication Workshop is ฿11,000. The Family Organisation Programme for Groups (B2B) is ฿32,000. Payment details are confirmed at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer and standard payment methods in Thai Baht.
